Why this store exists

Ear pressure is one of those small, ordinary problems that almost everyone has and almost nobody talks about. It shows up on a descending plane, driving down a mountain, after a long shift around loud machinery, or on the third day of a cold. There is no shortage of advice about it and very little you can actually hold in your hand.

Siliconear sells one thing: a small silicone tool for that specific moment. Not a cure, not a treatment, not a medical device — a comfort accessory that lives in a bag and comes out when you need it.

How we try to be different

The category we sit in has a reputation, and it is not a good one: invented reviews, doctors who do not exist, promises that no product could keep, and delivery estimates written by an optimist. We would rather be boring and accurate.

So, concretely:

• We publish the real delivery window. 7-12 business days after dispatch. Not "fast", not "express" — the actual number.
• We put the safety page in the main menu. Most stores bury the list of people who should not use a product. Ours is one click from anywhere, and it tells you plainly when to close the box and see a doctor instead.
• We do not claim to treat anything. If a sentence on this site sounds like a medical promise, it is a mistake and we want to know about it.
• Reviews are real or they are absent. A new store has no reviews. That is not a problem to solve with fiction.

Who we are

Siliconear is a small independent store operated from Spain, shipping to customers across the United States. There is no call centre and no support ticket maze: one inbox, read by a person, answered within a business day.
