What to include

If your message is about an order, put the order number in the first line. It is in your confirmation email and starts with #. With it, we can usually answer in one reply instead of three.

If something arrived damaged or faulty, attach a photo. That is all we need to send a replacement or a refund — we will not ask you to jump through hoops.

Where your order is, and what the tracking actually means
Changing an address, or cancelling before dispatch
Returns and refunds
Choosing a tip size, or any question about using the product safely

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical advice, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you have ear pain, hearing changes, discharge or any symptom that worries you, please speak to a doctor rather than to us. Our Safety & use guide covers when not to use the product at all.
